Our Standard plan gives you 4 months of access (with extensions available at $25/month), while the Lifetime plan lets you learn at your own pace with no time limit and revisit materials whenever you like.

Student Policies

  • Students have the right to appeal grades and course results

Three-level appeals process:

  • Level 1 (within 2 days) — Appeal to your assigned tutor
  • Level 2 (within 2 days) — Appeal to the Course Director
  • Level 3 (within 5 days) — Appeal to External Moderator (ACCREDITAT)

All appeals are acknowledged in writing immediately. Possible outcomes include mark improvement, reduction, or no change. Fully documented; records retained for a minimum of 2 years.

  • Within 7 days (less than 50% completed): Full refund
  • After 7 days or more than 50% completed: Non-refundable
  • Course cancelled by school: Full refund
  • Force majeure / minimum enrollment not met: Full refund
